Refundable Consultation Deposit

A $100 refundable consultation deposit is required to request your 30-minute enterprise animation consultation. The deposit is credited toward your final project when the engagement proceeds to a Statement of Work.

This deposit confirms your request, allows Sync Studio to review your company, initiative, timeline, audience, and materials before the call, and helps ensure each consultation is prepared and productive.

The deposit is 100% refundable if your needs are not addressed during the consultation, if Sync Studio determines the project is not a fit, or if the call does not provide meaningful next-step value. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
